@@thecollectoronthecorner7061 yes sir. When I first when looked at it to buy it I asked myself what the world I’m going to do with a tractor that big and now I use that 1 more than any of them moving them corn totes. The money saved in the corn payed for the tractor 😂
Im running a similar skidder. Good looking older loader too.

No sir. I have a ford I very rarely use lol
Would you like to buy a tractor? It is a Ford 3910 and it is in good condition and runs excellent. Please spread the word. We are asking $6000.
Did your Farmall an already come with hydraulics? I imagine this won’t work without hydraulics? I’m sorry for remedial question but I am new to tractors.
@@rodkeyc1 yes sir. Has the touch control
🤦🏻♂️

Another great video you do realize one of these days no one is going to know how to work on old ignition like that I like the test light with a volt meter if you don’t mind telling me what brand is it and where did you get it I might have to pick me one up thanks again for your information
@@JoeyNeal eBay it’s like $30. Snap on has 1 for $100

Good to hear it running.
@@nathanalmond8280 oh yea
Good video to archive.
@@bdhousand6680 oh yea
I always thought the ballast resister helps keep the points from burning up as quick. 12v on start but reduced voltage on run.
Never seen a clutch do that.
Touch control must’ve been an option for the 230’s which was on the C, Super C, and 200’s I’ve seen them with hydra touch too. In fact the one I bought is a 57 with hydra touch.
@@eddysanders3940 yes it was a option from the original manual information I’ve read. Mine is a 58. Very close to the last 1. February 58
@ I’m curious to see the difference when I get mine home. If one is better than the other. Everything else I have is touch control. Instead of bars on both sides by what I saw, one side uses a hydraulic cylinder with a bar and bracket that moves the other side in unison.
@@eddysanders3940 yea I haven’t seen 1 of those setups in person
I look forward to seeing it in operation.
@@MarkWYoung-ky4uc me too but we done had a setback 😂
Hope everything goes as planned. Looking forward to seeing that 230 in the field working. I would really like to get a 230. My grandpa bought one new. My cousin has that tractor now, but he won't part with it. Good job with the channel!!
@@johnnyedgerton9936 thanks bud
Thanks for sharing the video James. Sounds good with your channel. I am still working on the 2 point hitch plow up here. I'm thinking it was on a 300. I'm not sure. I think the prongs are two different thickness but I can't say that for sure. Hope y'all are doing well and I hope y'all have been staying warm.
@@nathanalmond8280 yes sir. Yea I think the prongs are too big but if it a big prongs it’s gone be a 3 bottom I believe. We have burned more wood this year than we have in 5 years lol
Looking forward to getting to gather in the next moth or so. I hope we all have a great year and plans fall into place. Look forward to that 230 as well.

I painted my cultivators attic white and it looks really good. I know it’s not the right color but I like it😂
@@TheW.Homestead that almond white rust oleum has looks pretty good but anything looks better than rust 😂
@@TheW.Homestead most of my 140 isn’t painted correctly but I like 😂. Everything that was supposed to be blue got painted black and a lot of the small pieces and letters and numbers that were supposed to be red I painted black but it looks great to me 😂
@ I know I’ve heard a lot of stuff about keeping it original colors and paint matching but in my opinion if you like it it’s good enough lol
