Newbie question for you: How did you determine that black (gnd) ties to blue and red ties to yellow? Also, did you just cap off the red and brown wires inside the vac? That's what it looks like, but just thought I'd double-check, as I'm going to give this a try. REALLY love this little vacuum. Thanks so much for sharing this!

We're you able to get the steering wheel controls connected. I have similar car (2011 i45) looks identical but having fitted the same head unit, I can't get the swc to function . Was there that option with yours?

If you're a home owner and don't have a multi meter to check the capacitor, sometimes they bulge on the top(where the wires terminals are) or the bottom. That's a give away that the capacitor is completely done. As far as this repair goes, make sure to replace the capacitor with the proper UF rating as soon as possible because you don't want it to cause more problems.

Why put money into any Sonata .. it's engine will just seize up at low mileage and good luck finding an affordable replacement, if you can find one at all.

Careful not to over pack. Trash man may not be able to get tightly packed-in stuff at the bottom
