"DANCE" was filmed in 2019. This song was made by NORMHAR, who envisioned this concept and gave me the honor of taking part in it!
I choreographed this piece when I was still in college at Temple University. It's amazing to look back on this gem and appreciate all the growth I've experienced since, with dance still being my ride or die through it all.
Movement is part of our daily lives; it's everywhere. Give yourself permission to move, to dance, to be active - express your self. pain. joy. love. through dance. that is the message of this project.
