Portion size is very important. What you eat in a day I could eat for 3 days. Try 3 meals portioned no snacking and lots of water and clear tea. You will see results. Your doing great now keep going. 😊😊

Don’t eat a lot of protein if your not going to work it off. Doesn’t matter your size. The amount of protein you’re eating is the reason you won’t lose weight it just will go to fat.

When I could afford healthy food ...started the day off with fat and protein, lunch was protein and greens, dinner was protein, greens, and carb(starchy) veg. Then for a late night snack, a low fat high protein dessert.

calorie count is just the beginning, the body does not process well many vegetables and foods with plant based oils. These get converted to sugars that later get stored in the body. I'd try avoiding breads, but also to go light on the vegetable based foods as well unless they are non-GMO.

I started to watch her video and was very happy that she was on this journey I felt like I was with her being that I am a plus size man weighing at 348lbs. She motioned me but after watching this video smh I’m now upset. Her I go trying to find some encouragement smh I struggle today with my eating smh

A journey starts with a single step. Though tracking macros can be good, being consistent in anything you choose to face is the real key to success. The more consistent in the long term you are, the better your odds are at achieving the results that you are in pursuit of. Focus on you and do this for you. Unfortunately, crowdsourcing motivation will not get you to the finish line. I hope you're doing good! I'm very serious about not spreading hate, that's the last thing I want to do. I do just wanna give some advice, cabbage goes with everything and is super healthy! Also, the best advice I ever got on my weight loss journey is that you can stuff yourself with leafy greens and get super full on them without setting yourself back too much. Best of luck on your journey!
Protein shakes are a meal replacement not just a snack
she drank it with her meal to keep her more full throughout the day. this isn’t a high calorie protein shake that’s meant for a meal replacement, it’s only 100 calories. which would you rather her do, drink a 100 cal protein shake, or end up overeating later because she wound up getting hungry?
Cut the chemicals it will change your health.
