Honestly, when you have the choke open, you need to give it a little bit of gas so that little lever right there with the gas lever is that pull it a couple times and let it warm up it is not no cosmetic problems unless you possibly put the inside of it but it looks like you need to let it run a little bit so we can warm up then give us some gas when you choke it so you can keep it running

I had the same problem too I don’t know for sure if this will work but you should try adding fuel and replacing the oil

Your float in the carburetor, it might have some stuff in it

Otherwise, your float in the carburetor is bad and you have to get a new one or just buy a new carburetor
