This is so good and right on time.. your channel just popped up on my feed. God has been showing me more and more about mental health these last few days ..im about to be 40 and been battling with stress ALLLL my life due to childhood trauma thrown into the world without direction and in my teens not knowing anything about life and how to function bringing anxiety and survival mode coping with mood swings etc. but our all knowing and loving father revealed this too me recently.. also my Youngest son with his battles..long story short all this is from either bloodline or childhood trauma.. lately I've been wanting to get to the root of this ..researching because family and the world seem to normalize this thing called mental illness its soo real.i believe also we go through stuff so we can be the curse breakers of our family as well.God allow for us to see this because there's purpose in our pain our struggles sorry im all over with this ..im glad I clicked this video ..I love it❤

Wow. This is exactly how my sister cleans fruit. People being saying she doing too much 😂 no, she is not. I remember the first time she did and after the fruit was clean, the water that the fruit was in was dirty. I can never get that picture out of my head
That’s how it was for me too and every time I’m cleaning my fruit if I want to do it the quick way I’m like no because of the vision is in my head
I feel like I can connect to this even though I am not a mom. I have/still am struggling with mental health. I am 30 still struggle with life.
I also struggle from mental health you got this and God got you!!!!
