What if we replaces the fuse and it is still not working?

Got a g that won’t start but it does start whenever I spray starting fluid could this be a issue with the fuel pump? Car had been sitting in a garage for 3+ years everything else seems fine with the car only issue seems to be with getting it to turn on

Any idea what that orange valve on the side of the pump is? Mine's broken and i cant seem to find any part number or image of it anywhere.

Yeah that's a pretty tight idea dude I might have to copy that but I'm going to take my bumper off and not use the brackets just drill the screw in from the top probably have to use a little bit thicker wood but I think it's worth it to avoid the brackets.
