the 7/11 in china is not known for having good prepared foods unlike other asian countries like japan, taiwan, or thailand. chinese 7/11 prepared foods would be how you rate 7/11 in the usa... ok maybe slightly better because american 7/11 prepared foods suck lol. it's about 7.1 yuan to 1 usd so what you bought came out to be slightly less than $5. there are online apps that connect your bank information or credit card so all payment is done through your phone. of course you can use chinese currency but only some 'western' stores will accept foreign credit card. if you were filming in public or in 'chinese' stores, you'd be fine. 99.9% sure no one will even say anything. if you film in a 'american' store, that's different. some stores like apple won't even let you at all. others might have a no filming policy but unless you are being weird, employees might not say anything. most people in china do not speak english so if you don't get a response that's why. yes that includes even at tourist places or 'western' stores. it's less likely in shanghai but in many places in china, people almost never see a westerner so that's why you're get stares. as for the internet, you are in a different country so you have to follow their rules. about 15 years ago extremists organized on facebook terrorist attacks in china that left hundreds dead. china asked facebook to hand over information on those accounts. facebook refused so was banned. there are also other rules on allowed content, such as adult content, violent content, promotion of harmful activity, etc etc that is not allowed in china. google decided on principle not to have anything filtered on their platform so left china voluntarily. that's why anything associated with google such as youtube is also not available in china. microsoft in another example but on the opposite end because they agreed to china's content regulations so you can use bing and other microsoft platforms without the need for a vpn. yes you can call this censorship but it's not as malicious as western media portrays it. if you had more time to spend in china, you might see things in another light.

I hope you bring your meds with you if you're allergic to shellfish (or any type of allergy). They don't label their ingredients over there. Be careful.

I'm glad it's this gentleman's first visit to Disneyland. I remember that place and I love seeing Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie there. There's a lot of stuff for these people to see and enjoy. But I think this person should know that the boy mouse is Mickey and the girl mouse is Minnie. The boy duck is Donald and the girl duck is Daisy. Also remember the chipmunk with the black nose is Chip and the chipmunk with the red nose is Dale. One more thing and I think this person should know that Goofy talks but Pluto doesn't talk. These are tips for these people.
