This is a video I made for a final project in a video editing class I took at the end of my senior year. As soon as I heard what the criteria for that project was, the “who, what and when”’s of the project almost immediately came to mind. Reformed University Fellowship is a ministry group on campuses all over the country. The one at New Mexico State University is where I’ve met some pretty amazing people and truly some of my best friends. At the end of every semester, for the last large group meeting, all the graduating seniors (or those who’d be moving on to other things) would be celebrated and "sent off" in a sense. So when this project came around I wanted to do a video that was aimed specifically at my friends at NMSU RUF and that was a reflection of my time with them up to that point. I wanted to show it at that semester’s senior sendoff where I and nine other students (and one of the RUF interns) would be ending a chapter in our lives. Despite a slight technical difficulty (blue people lol), this video was shown in it’s entirety for the first time on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017 at the 14th large group-the senior sendoff.
