Hello! When youre putting the ear cover on your dog, you need to pull it all the way back to his neck first, pull his ears towards his face, and then pull the band forward over the ears. When you put it on the first time you actually pinned his ears back which opens up the ear canal and makes the blowdryer sound louder! Maui is a super cute pup ♡

Darling if you would use the correct shovel that would be so much easier. You are using a scoop shovel that's why it's flat across the front not meant to dig with
