My problem was that I didn't have my keyboard set as the input for the loopback instrument and also activate the monitor button on that track.

Try loading one of the presets first. Then setup instrument tracks to receive the midi from the Divisimate ports and play through your virtual instruments.

Could it be the notes are auto quantising when you adjust the velocity?

You should also avoid using Asio4all you should try your audio interface dedicated ASIO driver

Not sure the latency comes from the SWAM Instruments I have also noticed some issues with the trombones it is mainly due to the fact that these are slide trombones therefore the change of notes are slower than with valve instruments you should look at the portamento settings on the trombone itself Did you get the same when working directly on the standalone version of the Trombone SWAM instruments Do you have the same with trumpet for example ?

I always have some issues with kontakt with Cackewalk too. The problem is with routing which I have to do manually from the start to the end. Cheers
