Take your turn. Don't ghost, don't snake and poach. Many people think surfing is competitive stealing but all thieves get outed. Waves are free but they're not all yours.
Word.🙌
spent about a week in El Salvador in the early 80s on my way to Costa Rica and beyond some amazing beach breaks south of airport if u didn't mind the occasional bullet flying over ur head about as close to Puerto Escondido as I've ever surfed any place , had a resort all to myself swim up bar and all also a armed guard 24/7 every place i went ,, military presents everywhere pretty safe if u stayed on the coast but anyplace else was completely off limits ,, war was still pretty much raging was a bit spooked by the time i left ,, had a firemen from san Diego building house on the beach pretty much unfazed by the whole thing often wondered what ever happened to him ,, swore id go back when it was safer but ended up going with safety of the south pacific instead ,, but mainland Mexico and Central America were certainly the place to be during the early daze
Thanks for your comment! Very interesting! These times were very different from what El Salvador is like now. It's a very safe country now and it's not a 'secret spot' anymore, like it was in the 80s when you were able to surf 'Punta Roca' alone. Anyway, we prefer like it is today.🇸🇻😍
How do you roll ur r’s that’s what trouble me when learning Spanish❤
Thanks or your comment! Don't worry, that's a common problem that many Spanish learners have. Have you see our video about this topic? ua-cam.com/video/GNM2pqkrExA/v-deo.html
@@SAYZONTE no I didn’t but I’m going to check it out right now 💕💕
@@Bear-cj4wh Thanks for your support!
@@SAYZONTE no problema
What months is this available for one to go and do or see?
Usually, the turtles hatch around october!
Thanks for your comment. No doubt, there are stronger accents from Chile, but the speaker was definetly from Chile.
Chile
🙌
@@SAYZONTEi got it right?
Sorry, our mistake. We just saw that this actually was a person from the USA speaking Spanish with a pretty strong American accent🇺🇸 😅 You can see the full video here: Spanish accents from different countries: Can you guess it right? ua-cam.com/video/mAYHWbpEOxM/v-deo.html
@@SAYZONTE you guys don’t have to be sorry yall helping me with my Spanish journey

🙌👌
I thought it was chucho
You are right, "chucho" is also a slang word for dog. But "aguatero" is very typical for El Salvador. "Chucho" you can use in other Spanish speaking countries, too.
@@SAYZONTE oh ok thank you
@@Misskk850 You are welcome! De nada!
How do you say (for) in Spanish?
You probably refer to use of "Por" and "Para", correct? That's a complicated topic. We have also videos about that on our channel!
@@SAYZONTE thank you for helping tho
@@Misskk850 You are welcome!
Este video es buenísimo. Muchas gracias.
¡Muchas gracias!
Venezuela was the only obvious one in terms of accents. The rest I could only tell because of the hints (ex. "Pura Vida" for Costa Rica and "Que lo que" for DR)
Thanks for the comment. Next time we will make it more obvious.
Is "el zonte" the so called Bitcoin beach?
Yes, it is! Although it's way more than just Bitcoin in El Zonte! ;-)
A mexican that can't pronounce quesadilla??? Maybe a " no sabo"? Very bad imitation.
Not to be rude, but bicho means niño, bicha means niña
I got many of them, and close for the rest. Sometimes it was the vocabulary that gave it away. I immediately recognized the Salvadoran accent, because that is where I learned Spanish. I think I sound better than the American speaking Spanish as a second language.
Absolutely, the unique vocabulary is often a delightful giveaway of the Spanish-speaking country's rich culture and heritage. It’s like each word carries a piece of the country's soul, making your recognition of it even more special. Thank you for your appreciation! 😊🙌 The American speaking was more of a joke ;-)
Is there a version suitable for female speakers?
Thanks for asking, but unfortunately, we don't have a version for female speakers yet.
¡Hola Georgina! Thanks for your comment, we really appreciate it! Concerning the mexican accent, yes, we will do better next time.
do Dominicans really speak that clearly? 😯
Thank you for your comment! Indeed, the diversity of dialects varies greatly depending on the region and situation. Exploring such a multifaceted topic within a short video timeframe is challenging. In fact, delving into just the accent and dialects of El Salvador alone could easily fill a one-hour video.
Yes, she was speaking DOMINICAN SPANISH not Dominican Spanish with slang
Actually good video. Make more 😂👌🏽
Thanks a lot for your comment! We put a lot of work in our videos because we love teaching Spanish! We are glad you enjoyed it!
Legend has it in my family, that my Grandfather, back in El Salvador, either the 40s or 50s, saw this woman from behind, while riding his horse at night. He got so close to her, that finally she turned around with this hideous face and was laughing at him; he very quickly got on his horse and took off home. They said that even when he got home, he could still hear her laughing.
Thanks for your comment. As you can see, many people know this myth!
Thanks for your comment! Could you please provide us with some more details?
To my ears, Colombian and Venezuelan are the most beautiful. Argentinian sounds different from others. In general Caribbean accents also sound nice.
Thanks for your comment! 🙏There are many different Spanish accents. And even each country has different accents, depending on region where the person comes from.
Thanks for your comment! We know, there are many more Spanish accents! We might make another video.
The mexican accent sounds a little fake, sometimes like central accents, sometimes like northern and sometimes like "fresa" accent (rich and elitist)
You are right! It was actually someone trying to imitate exactly this accent!
The one who came out wanting to speak like a mexican is obviously not from México... We don't have that accent.
Thanks for your comment! The speaker imitated a mexican accent from a "snobbish" person.
Marta tiene problemas en el habla 😅
¡Hola, @angyliv8040!
