I ordered a white Compatto Rotating Office Murphy Bed with Desk on 12/9/2023 from Expand Furniture, and I still don't have one main part that is needed to complete the installation, so I can finally use the bed I paid $6,094,74 for almost 6 months ago. Today I received a broken D2 part for the 5th time, and I have sent too many emails to count, trying to get someone who knows how to properly instruct a shipping company how to send the part so it isn't compromised during the shipping and delivery process. This is the worst consumer experience of my life, and I have a housewarming party I have been planning for over 6 months for 50 people in a week with nowhere for family members to sleep. After the 5th failed delivery today, I had to leave a voicemail message, and I emailed Expand Furniture once again. I hope I hear from Adam Joubert and I finally get the bed I paid for in time for my housewarming part in 7 days.
