I don't think it was a 'time loop' as much as an 'illusion loop'.. i.e. Sauron had Brimby living in an illusion, and to make it easier for himself, had certain aspects of said illusion looping..

Kit, you have got to step back on the "Book did this" or "Book did that." GRRM will never complete the books so many of us quit on the books and are just enjoying the story on screen. I enjoyed the season. There are two more and we are now set up for the Dance of Dragons. Blame Zaslav for the lack of episodes.

I was tearing up from laughing, which I haven’t done in years! When he was googling Owen Arthur, I was also googling him.. Seeing the same guy he was. That’s when I lost it! 😂 Y’all were so full of laughter this episode, it was great to see! Especially from Kit. 😊
