Waaooh i cant believe this, the last time i was in Ghana that i checked for Lands in this same area, they were all bought up by foreigners... Americans ,Brittish, Germans, Lebanist Looking at the magnificent Location. Rather unfortunately i dont have the money to buy now....what a pity..

I know this place..very good location next to the beach...its just 2 to 3 mins walk from the Police Quarters.. a lot of black Americans and british are living in the area. this is a very very good offer for 2024
