Great job thanks if your problem keeps up check your front left and front rt cab lights holes the rubber gasket cab get loose and become a water drain into your pillars.

there is also another area where the H2 likes to leak, and that the top marker lights in the front. I had to reseal mines

Not sure why you need to tape it, just use some type of a seal or silicone. Taping it look ridiculous.

I put some weather seal and some really sticky tape to hole it down until it dries. Good tips 👍🏽

Ahhh good grief. I just found this problem the hard way. Been battling this leak on my 03 for a few years now. Finally figured it out and was posting a fix on the videos and came across yours lol. Good vid. You beat me too it! P.S. I had a tube of silicone and slathered it on the door. Works well and yours looks bulletproof as well.
