This company across the uk have men waiting outside in vans there new jobs thay have taken on to help uk old & vunrable and the people these big companies take on is a joke thay carnt eaven get the orders right for costomers

I have had nothing but problems with the online grocery I have used. I have used both Sainsburys and Tesco and while some of the delivery drivers were polite, some items I ordered have been missing. I mean they forgot to give me the bread and another time they never brought my frozen food I ordered. So I phoned up customer services and told them and I asked them to bring them round to me as the weather was bad and I could not get out and I told them this. But they said it was too much trouble to ask the delivery men to bring round a few items so all they would offer me was a refund. But that's no good because I don't have a car and I needed the food but they would not bring it round. And even if I had booked another home delivery there is no guarantee they would have brought the missing items. And i would have to pay another delivery charge again as it would be a new order. So I told them I needed my frozen food all they did was refund me.So I had to call a taxi and go out in the rain to my local supermarket in town to get it because they would not deliver it, even though I ordered and paid for it. All right they gave me my money back but that's NO GOOD. Because even if they give you the money back YOU STILL HAVE NOT GOT IT. So what if the weather is bad and you can't get out or you live somewhere a long way from the shops where there is only one bus an hour? You have not got the food that you need because they did not bring it. What do they expect you to do? Another time I ordered they gave me potatoes that were brown and going bad. So again I had to go out to the shop to buy some because the ones they brought me were no good. I am not the only one who has had this experience. All of my friends and other people I have talked to have had the same thing. They have ordered items online and have not got them and have had items missing or food that is out of date. And when they have complained to customer services by phone and asked them to bring them round they would not. All they would do would offer a refund but not bring round the missing food or items. And it you look at the reviews on Trustpilot as well as what other people have told me. My experiences is not an isolated incident. It's happened to lots of people not just me. The whole point in ordering grocery online is so that you can have them delivered to you home. So you don't have to go out. And also if you don't have a car and as the weather here in the UK is often so bad there are times when you can't get out or it is difficult to get to the shops. But what is the point if they don't deliver the food you asked for and it's missing and you end up having to go to the shop anyway to get them? I mean they brought me round potatoes that were bad and they did not even give me my bread and sugar I ordered. I mean if I was doing the shopping myself in the supermarket, I would not forget the bread or the sugar. And if the potatoes on the shelf were bad I would not pick them up and put them in my basket. So why did they do that to me? What is the point in supermarkets offering online shopping and delivery if they have got no intention of providing the service? It's clear that online grocery's are not reliable. If they are not going to bring round the food you ordered and items are missing then it's a waste of time.Also the food online is more expensive as it came to twice as much as I would have paid in the supermarket. That's because you are charged for delivery and other things. And you might as well forget it and just go to the supermarket and get them yourself instead. Because of my bad experiences with online grocery's, I am now trying to avoid doing it. And will go to the supermarket and get them myself instead. Inconvenient at times but at least I can be sure I get the food I want and that it's fresh. And it will also save me money too as it's cheaper to go to the supermarket than to shop online.

Cancelled our delivery 15mins before they were due. They said that the driver was ill. 7pm with a 4wk old baby now looking for a supermarket. If the driver was ill then why not tell us at 9am. Never again
