I’m a masters/GM (on good weeks lol) player - here are some general tips I can give as an OG Mercy player :) (this is a very long comment so I apologize in advance) -While Mercy is the one of the most mobile heroes, her survivability comes from how you manage your space. A lot of these clips you put yourself in the middle of team fights. I primarily use her mobility as a way to get on high ground/areas not being focused by the other team. That doesn’t mean to play behind cover 100% of the time, as that hinders you from getting max value out of your heals. for the whole team. Honestly, I would suggest just trying different off angles and positions and see what feels best for you. -It’s not about being in the air all the time! A LOT of mercy players use her super jump and flight in general incredibly predictably. I rarely find myself using superjump in higher ranks as it’s so easily punished and it’s easy to make a habit of using it. This kind of goes hand in hand with the last bit. Constant flight isn’t necessary when you’re positioning yourself well, and should be used accordingly to your team’s playstyle. -Higher rank mercy’s with more playtime will use flight more often - they have a LOT of time with her kit and maps that let them use flight more often. I would honestly recommend NOT trying to copy them at first when you’re learning, or you’re going to be hard for your teammates to play around if you don’t have good map/positioning awareness. Just take small steps and you’ll get to a point where her kit falls into place :) I could say a lot more but this comment is already crazy long, hope this helped a little!

1. Just be kinda far away from someone that you want to fly to 2. Click guardian angel button to fly to them 3. Wait until you reach them and wait until the guardian angel flight has almost completed 3. You can make a choice to either press B (crouch) to super jump straight up OR 4. Look in a direction and press A (jump) to get a boost of speed in the direction you are looking. Keep in mind, if you press A during your guardian angel, your movement direction matters. If you press A while holding back on your movement analog stick, you will boost backwards. Another note: the longer your guardian angel distance, the further you will super jump with both A and B. If you guardian angel from max distance, and wait until just before it ends to press A or B, you will go much further on your super jumps than if you guardian angel a short distance, or if you press A or B in the middle of your guardian angel travel distance.

I don’t know if this helps, but for me, I always try to pay attention to when the bar is full, before crouching, and it sends you up into the air and you hold space to glide. Which is done by the distance you use GA (the further away, the higher up you go). I also prioritize high ground. For example, the clip on Suravasa, on first point, when gliding to dva you could’ve gone on top of the pillars and stayed there until targeted, then drop behind for temporary cover. You’ll 100% get better the more you play her though, she gets easier once you get a better understanding of her movement. ALSO!! You can crouch to cancel GA which helps with cooldown management. I also like to glide to an ally and jump back for a quick beam attachment if someone’s in a sticky situation and they need heals but I can’t commit to their dive.

Look at UA-cam tutorials but, look at the person you want to go to as you fly to them, look upward and Lshift+space or Lshift+Ctrl. Practice in AI or training 😊 hopefully it helped. It's hard to explain but its better to watch tutorials or have someone to help you ngl

don’t stay in the air too much, just enough to keep your teammates alive. you mostly wanna play around cover. i like to fly back and forth behind walls and other things for cover so the enemy team cant get to me easily.

The thing is, a GOOD dps moira ALSO HEALS their team, bc they actually have the brain capacity to be doing both at the same time. Moira doesn't do enough damage on her own, she's meant to supplement the damage her team is doing (which you did in this clip, almost none of your kills were by your damage alone, except maybe the souj at the start, but then even that took like a year to kill plus you got lucky she got stuck on the wall)
