50 pound Blue cat on the James River
Переглядів 97514 років тому
This Blue was caught on the James River in Virginia. We use cut shad for bait. It's not uncommon to catch Blue's this big or bigger on any given night. The James is a great river. To bad it's polluted.

What's the torque spec on wet clutch?
is there oil in the wet clutch?
Thx for the vid this really helps
Thanks for letting us know what the other torque specs, would've like to knkw what the case torque spec is, but thanks for the video
Did you know what the spec torque was cause you didnt say, thanks for vid
that made me nervous lol
Hi thanks for sharing. Have you tried putting 2mm shim on a 500 king quad ? Also did you notice a difference? Thanks
Would a bayou 220 be able to go to busco?
Do you torque it down with the cover on or before u put that cover on the primary clutch?
Thanks for this video. Very appreciated.
What was the cost for that lift?
Best vid ive seen on this. Clear and strait foward. Thanks man
Thanks man. Bout the only vid I could find showing how to swap springs so much appreciated!
Good vid
What is the purpose of the shim kit? What does it do or help?
Still sad they closed it up and put a farm there
I remember when that happened
Do the sheaves come apart on the secondary? I know they do on the primary that hooks to the motor.
We’re r u located I have a few questions about a new king quad wanting to do a snorkel kit and a radiator relocation on it I’m in NC near Badin lake
This ski resort is using the Philadelphia Eagles mascot name
this event would be boring if everyone was sober. go larry!
Wondering if you can help me I have a 98 Suzuki Quadrunner 500 4x4 semi-automatic with about 500 miles on it sometimes it has problems going into neutral I have to tap the shifter a couple times to go to neutral or rock the bike and it seems like it'll go to neutral any suggestions on what it can be waiting for a manual to come in the mail I just want to get an idea and what to look at
Cause I'm having trouble of taking it off
How do you take off the wet clutch
I know it's been a long time how did you get it off
Is still a mud pit there
No, it was closed up years ago and was replaced with a farm
where u get that long arm kit? Its so hard to get stuff for the suzuki.
I have the spring compression tool and tightened it down to change the spring but that nut will not come loose. How do you make it look so easy. I’ve destroyed the nut tryin to get it off with a punch and hammer
Kevin Burke The bike was pretty new at the time Kevin. The flat head worked pretty good for me but if have problems try using some heat on the nut.
You still need to do the other videos like you said at the end of this one please do so, so i can send to others to help them set up there VDI'S.
I ordered the whole kit from epi for a 450 King Quad the weights outer plastic housings were damaged from from high mileage I ordered the Epi ones but they fit very loose and will not work not sure what to do
how much smaller are they? oem stock"" is sometimes better in my opinion
Chris Potts they sent me the correct ones what happened was they put Arctic cat in the Suzuki package
Im not sure but I think most of arctic cats stuff is almost identical to Suzuki`s not sure on years. but double check
Chris Potts yeah they were a little different I got it all back together and it works awesome there's actually a video on my site of the project
Dude needs to learn to navigate his submarine.
Nice....
looking to see how you took the wet clutch off ? does the 35mm male clutch puller work?
Hey man it's been a long time since you commented but how did you pull it
Hey buddy how much of a difference does this make for low end and mid? I wanted to drill mine out if it was worth it but I'm only running 27's
Early squad ayee? 😑 posted 7 years ago but I'm still FIRST
7 years late but I'm still watching!!!
I go to this place sometimes. Somebody always wrecking on the track or sinking a atv there
question bud , instead of paying $9 on ebay for 2 shims 1mm each and wait. i could just go to ace or home depo and buy 2 x 1mm washers its same deal right??
Just curious did you ever do the shim mod? I just ordered mine on eBay I'm waiting for them to come in.
i have a 2007 king quad 700 4x4 and i cannot find the shims anywhere online can someone post a link to where i can find these muchly appreciated
Did you ever find the shims? I want to add some to my 700
What is the purpose for adding shims
what all u got done to that lil thing lol I got a 05 with no lift on 28 skinny wide laws I was want to run all sides but u got any lift and how did u do the snorkel thats something I haven't got a clue about
I heard that putting bigger than stock tires on a king quad required you to upgrade your clutch kit. Will this mod allow me to run aggressive mud tires around the 27-28 inch range??
Zack Lennard It will barely make a difference. You should depend on the clutch kit for the best results. The shim mod just gives you a little more. The wet clutch upgrade will give you the biggest difference, but it might be too much for 28's.
I completely agree. I did this little mod because everyone talked about the night and day difference that just a .5 shim made. Well I did the 2mm mod and even with stock tires I didn't notice nothing. Really disappointed to say the least
@@jritch789 No difference at all huh? I was wanting to do it to my 700
At least u know his snorkels are water tight lol
Do u leave the air filter in
That does not look like a black diamond
so muss das aussehen
cool :)
I have a 450 king quad, will this mod work on it, and if so where can I get the shims. Thanks.
It should work, You can find the shims on ebay or before that try your local machine shops/parts stores for the shims.
Wow! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos in such great detail. I have watched all 4 related to the wet clutch. I have a 2008 750axi and wanted to know if the drive train etc. is all the same for the wet clutch? I do use larger tires for it and thought it could use something like lower gears etc. Tires are 27in. Do you think I should do the wet clutch or should I do something else. Peace, Mo
What way dose the washer go
I have HMF exhaust I have VDI computer that changes the timing. It makes the bike sounds sick nasty
thank you for your help
please help How do you torque the bolt on the primary the clutch just spins Thank you
Suzuki makes a tool to hold the clutch in place while you tighten the bolt. I would look for an OEM web site that provides a parts list along with optional tools. You also might want to look into spending some time on Highlifter.com (Suzuki forum) for lots of tips and mods for your bike.
Thank you I found what i was looking for. ride on
