I had my first migraine ever in life about a month post partum. I was in so much pain I couldn't see. I read that I may have lost a lot of minerals, including magnesium. I drank a concoction of nettle, burdock root, and valerian root. I also took a teaspoon of hemp oil daily. It was five years before I had another migraine. Im not an expert. I just wanted to share, hoping it may help someone. Peace.

I wash them with hose and tide and broom and then I take the water from the carpet I just to do and July or August and then I spray to keep them clean

Great job Brian! The couch stuffing is so ME Sis, I save blankets, comforters, old pillows and curtains. I just don't see the need to go out and buy things I can recycle. I'm about to move and we have absolutely no furniture, and I am so excited to thrift lovely things for our new home. I saw a great idea in one of your videos about buying china dishes from a thrift store for about $50 bucks, and eating on good plates everyday, I LOVED THAT IDEA! My hubby is going to love the money we save, I think I will take him along and get him hooked on thrifting with Me lol.

Try seeing chiropractor to get adjusted for those migraines, also professional massage. tell them you have migraines. Love your expertise here, many good tips. i have screenshot so much of this. Love you Sis.
