And for all those same reasons that you just mentioned you definitely don't deserve a pet. You should go get yourselves spayed and neutered so you don't have any kids either cause they cost WAAAAY more than pets considering you have them ALOT longer. you have to send them to school for 12+ yrs, spend a fortune on clothes and they still have the capacity to hate your guts. Unfortunately, we only have pets on average for 12-15yrs. If you have kids you will always have a kid until one of you dies and that could be 50-70yrs.
