Exploring Canada, One Med Elective at a time
This is a longer form VLOG to cover September into early December. Leah has been in her 4th and final year of Medical school since September, and with that came electives season. We travelled together for 3 of 8 electives, getting to visit Ottawa, Edmonton and Victoria for 2 weeks at a time. Leah went off to Toronto to visit Sick Kids without me for one of the electives. It has been a busy 4 months to say the least, but I hope you enjoy watching out adventures as much as I enjoyed living (and re-living through the editing process) it.

Leah and I got to enjoy some time home in NL this past August. We really loved this trip, it was especially needed after a long academic year. I hope you enjoy watching the fun we had and the fish we caught!

I faced a bit of a fear in this episode, I don't do much actual road biking.. my bike is a road bike but I mainly stick to the trail because it's safer. I ventured away from that this time! #cycling #strengthtraining #weightlifting #itsariellemoves #active

No ma'am! It just means I've been ignoring the call to make content. This channel is about what feels good in my body, in any given moment. In these 4 weeks, that was moving for me and only for me. I have ...

Figuring out how to get good at Zone 2 running while fighting with my Garmin to actually track my HR properly - made for a fun week! Big bike ride and some exciting developments in the garden! Hopefully you enjoyed the pool shots, I'm bad at recording in public spaces but I sure do try. Anyway, don't forget to leave a like and a comment if you enjoyed. We'll see you next week! #zone2 #training ...

So sorry for the lapse in uploads, I was travelling and when I came home I had a ton of social commitments to attend. I hope you enjoy this video and I won't take so long to get another our next time.. hopefully.. I will be putting up additional videos in the next few weeks to get us caught up since there's a pretty big back log to get through. So you'll get to enjoy twice the amount of my face...
