What tools did you use the cut the window in the middle of the plywood?

There is a government black site 5k down the road if you guys are interested. It backs on to the road. If you go down round lake road you will see the signs for it. I thought for years it was part of the base im on but the base is 30k further north. Also the 10ft high walls and cameras give it away. Look close to the provincial park on the north side of the road.
