The reason why people want to fix electronic devices like this is not because they cannot buy another tablet cheaper than repairing a broken one. People attach sentimental value or have years of memories in them, which are priceless. I order the whole lcd/digitizer assembly and still make money but I filter the clients who value their devices more than what they actually paid for it.

It is a good video but it is for the person that does it for a living and not your everyday person. It is time consuming. This is also the way that you do the 2019 HD10 9th Gen as well. Someone in the comments ask about buying the LCD and digitizer together, yes you can. You can find them on eBay for around $65 to $70 US dollars. I have tried to replace just the digitizer myself, it was a fail because I do not have the vacuum table as they do to hold the screen in place (live and learn) LOL. You can take it to a local repair shop and they will charge you the price of a NEW HD10 to replace the screen for you, and trust me, they are replacing both LCD and digitizer at the same time for that price ( I have a friend that works in one is how I know). Some may do just the digitizer but it is more time consuming for them than replacing both at the same time. Remember to them: "time is money." Hope this helps some of you out there with questions because it is obvious they don't want to answer any of them.

You should do a new video explaining how to actually remove the digitizer from the screen more than "your machine". It looked liked you just ran through the adhesive with dental floss

This has full glue between digitizer and lcd. In this case, better to buy complete assembly with digitizer+lcd even if only your digitizer is broken. Some tables only have glue around it which is easy to fix but this is a pro job.

i tried it and ruined my lcd due to my fault( watching a lot of T580 video without noticing it is T instead of P ). i tried to replace the lcd and i accidentally thrown away the lcd flex cable... could you please help me with the part number on that specify cable because the video is not clear enough to see it.....
