The problem I have with Sedona would be the streets backing up for hours trying to get around.

I did that rock just before we left last Friday 9/20. On my way up someone said to me "Are you that guy that goes up twice a day?" No, I'm not. But, IS there someone reputed to do that twice A DAY???

There's a lot of cheap land in Arizona people you just have to look or have a person look for you

Clarkdale and Cottonwood are hot and flat and have a lot of Trumpers

you can but why would you want to.,we don't have any water, the quiet open space that everyone wants is going away faster than the water. You will be sick of brown , everything is brown the ground the weeds the houses. I have never seen so many houses crammed together on postage stamp sized lots. . In the 100 degree heat tempers flare and there are fights and shootings every day. They get you with the promise of low taxes. Wait till you have to register a car. I just bought a car and the slip said $975 just to register it. It would have been $85 dollars back home. Food is terrible you won't find a decent pizza any where or a cheese steak or any seafood, but we got mexican places on every corner. how many taco places do we need. Our schools are the worst in the nation. There is a rock at the bottom of the list, if you turn over that rock you will see AZ schools. Nice place to visit for a day or two but if you feel like moving here, have another beer and run

If you don't mind me saying this: "Monsoon" means: rainy season therefore, stating monsoon season is like saying: rainy season season. It is acceptable to say monsoon rains or monsoon winds, etc.

THE WHOLE STATE OF ARIZONA IS VERY PRICEY, AND NOTHING IS CHEAP. THE LAWS ARE VERY STRICT HERE. COME AT YOUR OWN RISK! DON'T LET THIS VIDEO FOOL YOU.

I would say"traffic/tourist" would be a big question,,for people who live in Sedona is daily commuting around town for shopping eating etc etc really hindered because of the massive influx of tourist and the traffic they bring along with them? i would envision everyday life a real pain in the ass having to navigate the area with traffic jams and congested restaurants and shopping...it looks like heaven out there but whats daily life like with tourist and traffic?

What community would be the best for parking your RV on the land and or placing a mobile home on the land without the deed restrictions or HOA?

Clarkdale's industry is cement.

Happy 4th of July 🎉🇺🇸🧨🎇Good point about wildlife, we were in Sedona in December and saw deer late afternoon in the subdivision we were visiting in between houses and when we left around 8 pm saw a family of 5 of javalina's in a neighbors front yard with our headlights of our vehicle as they were moving swiftly out of view!!❤

We just came back from a week in Sedona and all we can think about is coming back. It was such a healing place and I'm actually grieving not being there. My health has gone backwards since coming back. I couldn't believe how good I felt out there. We're making the move. Sooner rather than later.

Nice video ladies ❤ A bit of background on the name Cornville ... It was supposed to be Cohnville, after one of the families out here. However, when they were applying to the post office, Washington messed it up and read the h as r ... The locals decided to accept it. There was a similar situation with Sedona's post office application. The name they originally wanted was schnebly station or oak Creek station. However both of those were too long for the cancellation stamp, so it was suggested to T.C Shnebly that he name it after his wife Sedona.
