Oh... what are they teaching Christians these days. Seek approval from God by attempting to lead a sinless life. We all sin, but forgive yourself for that sin as you repent for it. In this way we all seek approval from God as we seek approval from ourself. God forgives sin just as we do in ourself - when we mean it and when we act accordingly. To not seek approval from God means we delude ourself I to thinking we are without sin.
