I play at retirement homes, many I play monthly, and 99% don't require invoices. . they send 1099s, so no reason to do all that correct?
If these homes don't request an invoice, than no, there's no law stating you need to send them one. :)

I play every month at these retirement homes mostly, book the dates all at once, and the info stays the same except for the date. a few expect me to bring in an invoice with the same info every month (except the date) I've provided an invoice with the date left blank so they can copy and change the date, that works for most . But Ive had one book keeper that says if I dont bring an invoice every month I wont get paid.
Ohm yes please!!! this looks perfect, I am tired of Drop Box pro account, google calendars, google docs, Pages, 10 different messenger groups, text messages, emails, keeping track of and organizing contacts and leads and keeping them separate :0 Hope this is all its cracked up to be cause it looks way top good to be true :) Gonna give it a go for sure!

That's great. But you entered the booking from 9pm to 12pm...which is a 15 hour gig! That should be 9pm - 12am. Or you could say 8:59pm to 11:59pm, to keep it all on the same day. Does the app handle bookings across different days? Like if I were to play from 10pm - 2am?
Time is flexible inside the app, it does not have any logical restrictions. (i.e. you can assign AM or PM or even 24hr time to each gig) We figured it would be the best way to help the many different ways musicians like to organize their gigs. That said, whatever time you put in, your musicians and your clients will see it on the call out and contract. So, yes, you can have a 10PM-2AM gig as long as you specify which day it starts on. :D
