Not anytime soon. I would love to prepare better and with my current schedule, that seems difficult. But maybe one day!

Wow, like native Spanish speaker, I didn’t realize if Spanish is hard, I like to took a course in Spanish, even speaking I don’t understand subjuntivo or something like that stuff, but the best tip that I can give you listen a lot of Spanish.

@@hungover_books I have just completed a few different online ‘placement level tests’ and after analysing the results, I’ve identified the subjunctive as being the main area preventing me from moving on. 😭😭😭
Well that's good to know, you know where to focus on. Going really slow and in parts helped me a lot with subjunctive!
Dude I’m struggling with spanish for months. More power to you C1 is actually boss level. Would you mind telling me how did you learn the vocab?
Haha, thanks!! I understand the struggle. For vocabulary, I mainly used my textbook and sometimes chatgpt for advanced phrases and structures.

Congratulations! It’s truly phenomenal that you went from an A2 to a C-1 in two years! Would you consider making a video reviewing the “simple diagrams” that you made? What were you doing to practice speaking?
Hey! Thank you so much!! Those 2 years were rough, but very grateful to myself now! Thank you for your suggestion, I'll try to share my materials in future videos :) Also, for speaking practice, I would speak to my classmates up until B2 as much as possible in class. I also developed a habit of speaking to myself and translating each though into spanish, which helped when there was no one around to practice with.

DELE is the official globally recognised certificate of the Spanish Language. It's very useful to show to recruiters especially to show additional language skills

Without realising you did many things that helped you pass: focusing on the grammar that you need to include for C1, learning the vocabulary of complex topics you will have to use, consistency in the practice and, one of the most important, motivate yourself. Hey! If you're talking about textbooks, I used Protagonistas A2. It's a nice book, but other options can be Avance A2 or Prisma A2. Depends on your learning style and how the book matches it. :)

Thank you! It took about 6 months for the official certificate to arrive :)

Definitely! It sits on my shelf now as a constant reminder of the work I had put in and to keep moving forward. 💯 That's great! Felicidades 😄 From my experience, I have also known the certificates to reach you a year later. That happened with my A1 and A2 certificates. But don't worry about it, I'm sure it'll reach you soon! ☺️
