Hmmm.. Nice demonstration. But i wanted to comprehend fermet's principle fully without apprehensions. I just read in IGCSE. Can you tell me what background knowledge i need to understand fermats law?

My question is this...if an item (let's say a USB charger the plugs into wall outlet) is held on the back side of a piece of paper(any kind) and pressed up against the mirror, how does the mirror see the charger behind the piece of paper? It's quite the illusion.

Hey, thanks for the demonstration! I'm a huge Pink Floyd fan and I wanted to recreate the refraction of light with a glass prism. I was wondering what kind of light source you were using to get that thin beam. As far as I know, to recreate the full color spectrum that sunlight offers, you need a light source capable of producing those colors. Is it an incadescent light bulb that you're using, or something else? Thanks a lot!
