You’re glowing beautifully in this video bro!! And awesome video! I realized in 2020 that my way of working was absolutely the worst. Best thing I learned is that merely existing is never a waste of time. Resting, chilling, enjoying sunlight is literally just as valuable as writing and making progress. Which I know is extremely hard to believe due to capitalism, but it’s still true. Self worth isn’t tied to productivity.

I spent 4,5 years in psych ward and was moved around between several different ones during this time due to a severe eating disorder, anorexia. But at some places they abused me, sexually. So I know what abuse is like. It was terrible.
