Try to find other ways of getting treatment or sponsorship or some assistance from abroad maybe? I’m not sure what your resources are but I would not rely on the time frames given by the NHS especially if you’re dealing with something potentially fatal. Try to do everything you can and don’t be fatalistic to this reptilian evil government’s moral compass Diet, exercise and never give up 🙏🏽

Thank yourself once you’re healthy again. Make lifestyle changes and hold yourself accountable for your own contribution to your health. It has to be your job first to take too care of yourself and then the medical issues would minimise to all unsolveable essential needs. Please consider drastic lifestyle changes and increased physical activity
Hi mate 👍 I am losing weight but it's very slowly 🐌 due to me not being mobile I have severe pain due to arthritis every were I am wheelchair I used to be an active person before I got struck down with awful painful disease 😢
@@andysimmosimpsonakaeccentr2837 Where there is a will there’s a way, lots of low impact and disability friendly exercises online to use to build a solid foundation. Theres 90 year olds running marathons, we can all do way more to improve our health if we just get honest with ourselves. That’s the first step to improving, recognising where you could do more. I’m certain with a changed lifestyle, diet and mindset you would see some positive changes. Please don’t resign to a disease and the failing government.
