Live for God today. Nothing else is promised to me. My hope that I hold fast to is that My Jesus, MY precious, Jesus, even when he was forging forward toward the cross, took time to use His life as a model to love others. He had great Hope.He asked for the cup to be taken but whatever the Father had in store he pressed on in faith in the full assurance of faith. He is mighty and holds us all in the Palm of His hand through all this. I contemplate on how to point others to seek heaven first so that all else will be added unto us all. To spur others, even in suffering, toward love and good works. In this giving ourselves away we are made looking more like Him, the reason we live.

Prayers to all. Be safe and well. Amen.

What spoke to me today from Joel's word is He hid it again means- hide the Kingdom, the spirit of God, the Holy Spirit in his inner being. He completely submits all into the hands of God, gives up all- nothing of greater worth than the hidden treasure in this cracked vessel. The Kingdom of Heaven, His Power, His Holy Spirit-HERE and now, found hidden in my heart, protected and guarded there(reburied) deep. The very power of God, The power of the resurrection. He gave up all else, nothing more valuable than this! The Power in this AGE. Lay me and all I have down just and fill me with the Kingdom of Heaven . NO greater treasure today. ALIVE. The same today, yesterday and tomorrow.

Good word!

I found it very helpful to hear about how Jesus mourns with those who mourn. When He spoke to Mary by name and listened to her without trying to change her feelings. She was going through the mourning process which is necessary to grieve. Great message! Thanks Joel
