Bronco Camping Adventure to North Fork Sauk River Falls
Great video! Loved the underwater footage you captured! You guys definitely caught some great looking crabs! Bet they were tasty too.
Nice vid but that Scotty puller looks painfully slow.
@@wesyoungquist393 I have used the Scotty for years and it works fine. The Brutus Ace is a lot faster for sure.
Love the video!! Can’t wait for part 2!!
Yay! Thank you!
What a great day. Weather was excellent and crabbing in the PNW is second to none!
Yes it was! Thanks again for all the fun!
Read the book "Monte Cristo" by Phillip Woodhouse It really adds amazing context to the hike a lot of the steel for the RR tracks was hauled from the east coast around the horn of South America and up the pacific coast. One of the failures of the town was extremely heavy snowfall followed by pineapple express that would wash out the tracks and as you see in your video the river raises high enough to wedge trees sideways in those train tunnels! There is a stretch where they actually set the RR ties in concrete to try to save the tracks.
Wow, I be sure to check out the book…love history of places that I can explore. I plan to go see the town this fall. Thanks for watching!
Bridge is very strong, I crossed it at 210#
It was more about how I did not want to fall off either side. You’re more brave than I was. Thanks for watching!
Seeing Elk in the deep forest like that is pretty special....watch out for those ground squirrels they are mean little critters.
If I can go hiking and camping on a weekly basis, I would do it. I hate my job. I dread going to work every day. My boss cracks the whip like we are slaves or something. I'm tired all the time. I need a break. I need a monthlong vacation to recharge my battery. My battery is drained.
I hope you can find the time to get out and enjoy the PNW this summer.
Haha, it was a great time for sure.
Fantastic video. The views are awesome. I enjoyed watching it. Thanks for sharing. subd & 👍16
Thank you so much 👍 I am glad you enjoyed i!
I love camping and hiking in our beautiful state. Olympic National Park has camping on the beach next to the Pacific Ocean. There's like a thousand people there last summer. It made it me mad. I didn't find any parking.
Thank your for your comment! I have not camped on a beach in so long! The PNW has some many great places to go!
You should see if your kids can promote your channel on other social media platforms … teens usually are good with the new editing stuff . You deserve way more subscribers ! Great channel !
That's a good idea!
Outstanding filming guys, this looks amazing! 🥾🥾
Thank you! We had such a great time on this trip, stay tuned for part two!
Another great video! The hike was somewhat risky, but definitely rewarding, especially with the caves and those views. Good call on not crossing that bridge, though, probably not the risk. Robe Canyon looks like a great place for a day hike! Surprised you didn’t see more hikers.
Thank you for the kind words. We had a great time.
This looks pretty beautiful guys, such a atmospheric place.
Watching this is like reliving the weekend! Nice work, Camping Matt!
That was a fun weekend. We should do it again soon as crab season is opening soon!
Congrats Morgan!
Thank you sir!
Great stuff! You really have mastered the drone footage and the area you guys were in looks awesome! Chef Troy’s cooking looked great as well and made me hungry! Props to him! Can’t wait for the next one!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Great video Matt! Looks like fun. Nice to see the whole family together 😊
Was going to say the only napkins you had left were your tongues and sleeves.
That marshmallow was perfectly roasted and you may have invented something new with the chocolate stuffing idea!
Wow! You really nailed it with those aerial shots! Excellent photography and you captured some beautiful scenery! Awesome!
Glad you enjoyed it
This was beautiful episode my friend, shots are amazing! 👏👏

Yet another great video. The payoff at the end of that hike was fantastic! You definitely pick some great areas to hike and camp! Look forward to your next camping trip!
whaddup Troy, miss your brews!
Matt, next time give the viewers what they want and let's see you pronounce some of those other "welcome's" on the park boards.
What’s wrong with that cheers boys,
Lots of great scenery here! I gotta say the shot of Snoqualmie Falls was absolutely fantastic! What a great drone shot! You definitely picked a great day to film this! These videos really make me miss Washington!
Fantastic video! It’s definitely one of your best and the locations you chose offered some fantastic views! Also, Troy’s clam chowder looked amazing and I’ll bet it tasted great! Looking forward to the next one!!! Keep ‘em coming! Overall -- 10/10!!!
What a way to hug a tree! 13:00
Great Video👍
Thanks 👍
Fantastic upload man, outstanding atmosphere! 👏👏
Thank you 👍
Another great video! Your shelter set-up bit was super corny but so so wholesome, we loved it!! Also your drone shots are fantastic and make me want to get one for our content. What do you use? Again, good job on another entertaining video!
Thank you so much! We have a DJI mini drone.
We just found your channel, my wife and I truly enjoy your videos! We love your personality and appreciate how you share hikes that can be done with a family young and old, just like us!
Thank you so much!
Great video here! Loved the scenery and you are right, the camera does not do it justice! One thing though, I thought that Becky and the rest of the boys were supposed to be in this one. Haven’t seen them in a long while. Maybe next time…
Thank you! Not everyone is excited to be on camera…😊
We came across ur channel and we really enjoy it. Cool music choices! We’re do u get them! Have a blessed day 😊!
Thank you so much. I get most of my music from Artlist.
What an epic waterfall!
Wait, go back!!! I think I saw Bigfoot!
❤
How old are you and why the Fjuk are you sleeping in the back of a bronco? Why not put a cot in the pop up and sleep there? When sleeping in the FJ do you lock your doors for safety?
I am old enough to need a comfortable spot to sleep...not like when I was a kid. I usually bring a cot, but on this particular trip we slept in the Bronco for the warmth and protection from wind. I locked the doors for a little bit of security from wild animals and potential threats from Bigfoot!😛
🤣someone got beat up because of the barking dogs
Haha, the dogs did not end up being a problem at all.
Looks like a great area, not familiar with the location but looks adventurous. Enjoy!
Thank you, it was!
