I remember my 4 degree year going for a 5 mile run on the roads at the Academy only to be smoked by the XC team on their run of 13 miles. I almost quit running that day. These cadet-athletes are amazing.

Wow. Things have REALLY changed. Four Seasons compared to 20 years ago. Literally. I can't believe how much better the cadet's life is. Except Mitch's still looks like $hit. Freakin' prison food.

One hell of a story. As someone over in England, it’s often really hard to buy into college T&F stuff; but this has been the one to buck the trend. Loved the way the team bonds, but also the way Chris tells the story. Absolutely superb. Go well in the future gents!
