Thank you for this clip.
Sez is a living legend. This man is the best steel pedal and telecaster player I ever had the pleasure of jamming with.
1st heard James young, back in the 70s when I was a kid, I was born 23rd May 1968 from northern Ireland UK,
Excellent 👌🏽🎶🎸💯
Brilliant band saw them many times.
Best band of the 70s
Terrible that Jimmy never got a statue built in his memory
Love it ! 👌
It must have been an evening with fun and laughter. These hats looks funny.
Brilliant was Jimmy from Belfast northern Ireland
I miss Henry... I miss hanging out in his kitchen and jamming in his living room. He was a gentle, kind soul...
OMG i used to go there regular up to 1969 when i left for London i spent 36 years travelling the middle east and Africa first as an installation engineer in pre press equipment then lived in dubai for 5 years running a graphic arts company recruited back to uk to join Rockwell corporation as sales manager Middle East and africa but boy oh happy days tried to spot any friendly faces

CLASS BAND SAW THEM MANY TIMES JUST NEEDED A HIT ORIGINAL SONG.
Class never wanes. Beautiful.
Love it!
Bill, great and faithful presentation of M and P's song. Remember it all very well. Best to you and your guys. Alistair.
As Kieran says below........laugh at ourselves. When Jimmy did the Ballymena woman...my Mother went into fits of cardiac laughter!! I wrote to Jimmy as an 8 yr old ....telling him about it.....how much we all looked forward to having Mum in the same condition next episode! He replied, with his own typing....spelling mistakes and all ........on Ulster Theatre(?) letterhead...........wont forget that.
I have never heard or seen this! Great! If there are more songs and you can upload these, please do it! Thank you!
SeZ is the Master country Cowboy !!!
hear , true words !
Belfast..at its best ..Great city .then and now.
Nasty, self-hating, closeted, sectarian creep.
Tojazzer are you? I wouldn’t admit to that.
Pretty good singer. If he'd stuck with Wings a few more years, he'd have probably sung a few leads for them.
1st hear ,as kid 70s , born 1968,!
Is that Robin lavery on the guitar?
Yes, t'was I.
should show this , now,!!! & as jimmy say,, stap fighten,!!!! FFS !!!
1st hear when i was a kid in the 70s,,!! when my gran play ,, but we from both sides,!!! but i grow up as a prod,!!
Comedians of today, try matching that, impossible,!
Belfast Girls is the closest to the great James Young imo.
I wish I knew you. Your ways make me laugh, your ways create the tears in the eyes of the proddies and the feiniens, your work will make us unite always xxx
Great gig. Wonderful people.
The Shirelles would be proud - jealous even!
Harmony parts never forgotten because Bill Morrison 50 years ago made them rehearse until their throats bled.
God I miss listening to storyteller/comedians like this.
Yes, all recognizable....amazing!
Love it! Sez is one of the best guitarist and pedal steel players I have ever heard.
+Marshall Harmse He is as good as it gets!

Great man and great comedian.... So many things he says in jest here that are actually happening.
I am not sure it was in jest. I think this was the plan from.the beginning.
Haven't heard this in years, love it! brings back old memories, wonderful man.
First time I heard this, and with Jimmy there was many a true word spoke in jest. Can anyone do one for the oul lad in the bar on Sandy Row on the 12th that played the Soldier's Song, or one for St Patrick's Return to Armagh?
