hello i have an infiniti fx37 with the VQ37VHR engine. I encountered a curious phenomenon, the last time I wanted to increase the engine speed when stationary with the automatic gearbox in the P parking position and to my amazement I noticed that the engine speed did not exceed 5000 rpm and it's the same in the neutral N position. however when driving the engine speed reaches the maximum 7500 revolutions per minute. let me know if it's the same for you. is this normal? maybe it's factory default?
