I really like the lore and the models, just wondering how the play. Would hate to invest time and money into a portion of a faction that I would never play because they are no good.

I like that they retained the strangely curved stock of the actual traditional Afghan jezails. Also, every time you say "jezail", Rudyard Kipling ducks behind a rock. Cheers!

While I object greatly to attempting to summarize "the hobby" as being composed of GW products, I appreciate that you did point out that there are loads of other games and ranges of miniatures for miniature wargaming that do not have anything to do with GW. Looking back, I can remember when GW was a facilitator of all sorts of gaming instead of trying to capture gamers in a walled garden. I wonder what gaming would look like now had they not turned down that dark path. Cheers!

I absolutely love ALL Warhammer miniatures - both old and new! But I'm not sure it's worth buying something from Specialist Games/Forge World studio right now. I don’t want to support this “civil war" inside the Games Workshop, because of this, I lost not only Beasts of Chaos and Greenskins, but also some Heresy units for my homebrew 40k SM Chapter.

I'm always happy with new AoS miniatures and information about the Mortal Realms! But if the disgusting rumors about the “Beasts of Chaos genocide” turn out to be true, this means the game is developing in the wrong way. And how will GW explain this? Like, "Sorry guys, but ToW is thirsty for your blood and models, so every Beastman in the infinite universe had a sudden heart attack"...

Yes, that's my main concern. They released Old World, besides a few rulebooks they showed a few new models, mostly characters. Other than that, basically nothing. Tomb Kings has models in the base box that are over 20 years old. Now what's next? With this approach from GW, I'm not going to invest a penny until I see that they are serious about TOW. And people in my area feel the same way. And on the other side is GW who has started cautiously and is waiting to see how sales look. I feel like it's a bit of a stalemate. I was really looking forward to the WFB revival because AoS is not my thing... But now I feel that unless GW changes their approach, they won't last us very long. Which I think is a shame.
