i met dan when he was playing peter with Dotcomedy for "get lost!"

I'm an oldie (well 31) who's just spent about 16mins watching these clips in the hope an actual past presenter showed up at some point, as opposed to being 'humour(l)essly' impersonated, though I suppose I'll settle for the legend that is Edd The Duck lol. Interesting recreation of the broom cupboard, which of course originally had a desk of equipment in front of the presenter and montage back drop, but I can forgive not sourcing a 1980s continuity announcers equipment desk just for the sake of a very short sketch. It's also interesting that the CBBC family tree scroll has Anthea Turner on it even though she was never a CBBC continuity presenter, but the most interesting thing is that Dan and Jeff appear to believe that the morning job on CBBC is the most prestigious one (a necessary view in order for the skits to work obviously), yet back in the days before the CBBC Channel launched, the afternoon job (from around 3pm til 5:35pm on BBC1) was always the top CBBC job, and other 'morning' and 'holiday' hosts would eventually graduate to the main afternoon role after gaining some CBBC experience first, as such presenters as Toby Anstis, Zoe Ball, Philippa Forrester, Chris Jarvis and Kirsten O'Brien did when I was a CBBC viewer.
