Appriciate your videos, just additionally: Karma controls everything, even our reactions. If we are suffering from heavy karma, its almost impossible to respond and react in a good an optimal way. Also, in a young age you are in - I was also so positive. But once you are out in the samsara, and getting older, experience more karma, and heaviness, its not that simple. Do you have teachings for advanced as well? Thank you. How can you not hold on a lost family member, who you lived with 50-70 years? Its not just like not hold on and rational realization. Its all in the subconscious.
