If you went through Clinton , you probably went through Morrison... That's where I was at the end of my video... I hope you watch till the end. 🌭🤪... Morrison is also where I went to college, tech school... Morrison Institute of Technology. What were you doing in Subula? and what rock have you been hiding under, lol. You've been missed. I hope all is well. I did my best chasing, I drove like a crazy guy because I am one 🤪. For part of the ride, my buddy was in the back of the truck seat belted to a seat that was ratchet strapped to the bed with $15,000 camera, ( I think my cell phone did a better job. ) , 🤣 it was all in a gray area of legal. All of it didn't go to plan. We had ran the run the Saturday before. We thought we had it all planned out. However, there were two big factors we didn't count on. 1. Big Boy is fast as hell! 2. Way, way more people chasing than we counted on too much traffic to deal with. There's no way we could keep up. We lost him going into Morrison 😖. We were also supposed to turn off of highway 30 and drive alongside in a small place called Agnew before Sterling. Instead, we went over the tracks on the highway bridge and just saw him going down the tracks in front of us as you see in the video. If I could have just got the cars out of my way, lol. Also, back in Clinton, when we had planned it out for some reason, on Labor Day weekend, we had no problem. getting down to the Clinton yard without getting kicked out by security, didn't work so good the day of, but still got the shot. I don't feel guilty. As Jayson would say, open gate policy, 😜.

@donsteilsrailfanproduction4014 Oh, I know, I lost Big Boy going into Morrison... We ran the run a week before, and everything worked out. There are two factors we didn't count on. 1. Big Boy goes fast as hell, 2. All the traffic.. We figured there'd be some traffic , but not that much. I was supposed to catch him in Morrison and drive along a side in Agnew instead of going over top of him on the highway. Thanks for watching. and thank you for being the first person to tell me that big boy was coming to the area. I hope you got to see what we did catch in Morrison. I know all about having a hard time breathing... Had severe asthma all my life, I try not to let it slow me down to much though. I think my next plans for a video is trying to catch The Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy Locomotive.... Possibly coming through the area, so we'll see we'll see.

Elvis always wished to support his father's entrepreneurial endeavors, especially after losing his mother so early. Elvis loved and respected his father very much and this jet is a piece of him and his father's heart." She was at the auction where it was sold for that reason... @matthewrobertson2345 Well I have watched your video... And it doesn't talk too much about the jet. It just says flight "logs state" Elvis never flew on that jet. It doesn't say he didn't own it, because he did own it... Although for a very short time.

@donwheeler1683 👍 For sure... I was thinking just a simple mini split unit behind the back door above the engine if there's room... I mean, they got a generator to run it. You're right.... I'm sure there had to be some kind of duct work somewhere, you would think. definitely hot in there 🥵 along with a bit of an old thrift store smell... Definitely room for improvement.

Now if you ask me, Elvis definitely put his touch of style on this aircraft in every little bit of the design... from the paint to the interior this is only something Elvis could have come up with. With something he put so much thought heart into, especially for his father Vernon., if you think he never stepped into it, well I would seriously question that... However, did he ever use it to fly in himself? Well, that's a totally different question...

@invisibleriverranch I really hope it doesn't as well, or find any those peskey deer 🦌 that loved to stand out in the road. I'm frankly very worried about that. If you follow Jimmy's channel, about a month ago, he had a sheriff on there I believe on there telling him how he was going to have to deal with getting it licensed and that he wasn't going to have an easy time of it, if it was possible at all. Jimmy even stated during that video... Well it's on an RV Frame, with a good title, can't we just register it as an RV with a slight body modification, won't that work he asked the sheriff. The sheriff said no... It would have to be inspected and probably did not stand any good chance of being able to be licensed for the road... Well Jimmy didn't listen... He's driving that Title and Licensed as the original RV... and I'm. sure insured as it as well. However , this is a bit more valuable, and irreplaceable then that old RV of which frame it's sitting on.

Doing great RJ!!! Job is just wearing me out oh, but getting back to where I need to be financially. Got the day off today as well 3 days just unheard of, going to work on my hot dog cart project today... May do a video that sometime. Glad you enjoyed seeing old little 100ft Bridge, a first time for me getting to see it, been trying to reach it for years first time tried from the other side but didn't work. Was in remarkably good shape surprisingly as I'm sure it has been underwater a few times in its life, the whole town is a floodplain, LOL. I hope to get to see the main lift span bridge for the Mississippi River sometime, getting to it's the hard part. Thought about driving around from the Iowa side... Long drive probably 1-1/2 hours to get there and I don't know what I'd face when I got there, LOL and yeah safety oh, don't mess of the Mississippi River little lone a bridge. Maybe next trip I get down there I'll figure out how to get over to it. The bridge disaster sealed the fate of trains in our area. They already shut down in the 60s but I always thought of getting them going again. When the bridge collapsed, well it wasn't long after all the remaining rails were pulled up 😔. I was just a little whipper then, I mean the bridge disaster happened 2 months after I was born LOL. I'm just kind of an odd duck still cares about Mercer County Railroad history, most people are like what Railroad. Sound of a train going through hasn't been heard in over 60 years in these parts, but once was a very big part of the area.

Definitely some great history there and yes, i am sure the job is wearing you down but keep up the good work and enjoy your day off. Make the best of it. 😁

It warms up, I'm going to go out and do a better video out there. So far this video has done pretty good, you inspired me to run out there after watching your first video looking for a dragline. I ran out there immediately, wasn't planning to shoot a video that day at all... the Sun is going down and battery running low on my phone, but threw something out there and so far has quite a few views, well for me anyway.

Thanks Steve, I'm just starting to getting the hang of UA-cam thing... I think. I just got to get more committed to it if I ever get the time... I Definitely plan on getting back out there when the snow melts to do a better video. My son and me just stopped tonight to check out a path " track bed" to an old train trestle... we've been thinking about getting back to you for 3 years or so... so that's on the list this year too. Thanks to Jay of JP videos channel, I have a very nice new action gimbal camera, that I won on his channel to start using for my videos. Before this i was so camera shy and didn't even like my picture taken. Keep up the good work and you will see improvement as you go. Most importantly, have fun with what you film. RJ, oh my God! I just drove by this place, headed to the cities. I don't head this way very often these days and all of the equipment is gone! I was going to do another video out there! I was going to show it to my son! I just can't it's all gone! It's all been sitting there for years, and I didn't hear anything about an auction or anyting! I'm just so shocked and upset kind of sad at the same time. Not to mention this has been one of my best videos with the most views I've ever got so far oh, and the video quality itself was horrible! I so wanted to revisit this place, now it's all gone! I guess it's always here on UA-cam... Just so unbelievable!

@GARAGE IdiotS 😉 I'm working on it Preston... a bit of practice right now, I plan on doing a lot better videos in the near future. I just got a new phone which will be a lot better camera then the tablet I was using for this. Just trying to learn and trying to figure it all out. As soon as I get my head back above water, I plan on having a lot better content. I just got back to work after 8 months.
