the epk was made by me and scott minor, my old manager/a&r man dave ayres wrote the dialog, it was spoken by spanish interpreter for the embassy and the (french) was spoken by Laticia, the singer in Stereolab. capital approached me that we needed an Electronic Press Kit to introduce Sparklehorse. i didn't know what EPK's were so i was sent some examples and i didn't care at all for any of them ...
