I don't think hydrogen bonds are covalent bonds because covalent bonds involve the sharing of electrons while hydrogen bonds involve an attraction between partial charges
I don't think 9 is correct cause valence means the number of electrons in the outer most shell so in this case it must be 5 while valency means the number of electrons and in this case it is 3 that are required for it to attain stability. Even though nitrogen has a mass of 14.007 it's still 14 when it is rounded off to the nearest whole number.
I don't think the answer for 7 is correct. Electrons are in continuous motion and an orbital is a space where electrons are found 90% of the time.
