Nice video. It was stated "French Settlers called Acadian began settling in Nova Scotia in 1680". I suspect you may have meant the Acadians started settling in the Grand Pré area around 1680. The colony of Acadia was established at Port Royal in 1605. There were major influxes of settlers starting in the 1630s, under Isaac de Razilly and Charles de Menou d'Aulnay, and then more arrived in the 1670s. Other arrived in dribs and drabs over the whole colonial period.
