The last time I went to Disney in 2008 this is where we stayed. I still can not forget the experience we had there. One month later my dad passed, even now I don't know if these memories are good or bad.

No tub in a hotel that caters to families with children is actually an insane choice on Disney’s part.

My husband and I stayed there several times the 80s and 90s. It remodeled a couple of times over that span. There were two garden wings then - one has been replaced by the Disney timeshare thing. Back then as season pass holders we could stay for less than $100 a night. We spent a hurricane there in the garden wing - it wasn't too nasty but the parks closed and workers couldn't come to work or go home if they were at work because the roads were jammed. The hotel gave us a flashlight and told us to bring the patio furniture in. Only one restaurant was open and it had only Italian buffet, but it only cost $5 that night.

We stayed there for 5 days and it was worth every penny..the food, the environment, everything was amazing..the cast members were amazing..

What kind of camera do you use?

Great video but UA-cam already has closed captions features to turn on and off and so it can be really distracting to have another permanent set of captions throughout your entire video. My only suggestion is to only use your captions in the first 10 seconds of your video and then turn them off.

Disneyland should have a princess themed hotel

We just got back from our amazing trip to Florida. We stayed at the AKL and although it’s an amazing resort and had a great experience, we kinda wish we booked to stay here instead. Our most visited park was MK and the theming of the hotel is more me than AKL. I love to visit Aulani’i but this will probably be the closest i get to it. Polynesian will for sure be my next resort I stay in. May have to go in 2026 but the wait will be worth it.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel five times and going back next year. We love the decor, atmosphere and dining options.

All Piehl pools used to be open for everyone who is staying at the resort you could come over to the Polynesian from the from the campground and enter the pool with no problem

Bring back the Polynesian village resort great ceremonial house fountain that you replaced with a statiue of Maui, and the rattan and bamboo wall coverings. Get rid of the disney vacation club Polynesian towe and bring back the luau.

I had planned to book this hotel, but the price tag is outrageous. To me, it reminds me of the Luxor in Las Vegas, a $20-$50 per night hotel. I cannot justify the inflated $900 per night price tag! For $900, I can stay at the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons.

Cameron this video is incredible! You are so detailed with your reviews and the camera movements you use are always so smooth and fitting for the setting. Love AOA. Our favorite. Suites are expensive but worth it to us. After a long Disney day it’s great to close a door and enjoy your own bathroom and space. Kids stay out!

Hi, I’m a professional videographer, steadycam operator and a big Disney fan, I just found your videos and let me tell you that I couldn’t be happier, years and years of watching videos from people that just hold the camera and start walking, I wished that someday there could be somebody that put a little art and movement to the shots and then I found it finally !, I love steady, cam shots, and you know exactly how to make them, from down to up, side to side, coming behind bushes, etc, those little details that make the scene more 3 dimensional and different, The quality is a outstanding, your narration is very good and you don’t miss details, thank you very much for your work, I have only seen two of your videos because I found them yesterday but I subscribed and I hope I will find tons of this. I have a little suggestion. It’s something that I’m pretty sure that you know, but if you use a monopod with your gimbal and extend it a little bit, you can make those from down to up shots even more impressive. Thank you.!
