Delicious Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Soup!
Recipe
3 large cans of Vegall mixed vegetables (we use the homestyle with larger chunks)
1 Carton of beef broth
2 lbs of stew beef, cut to the size you like
1 can of Tomato paste
8 oz of tomato juice
1 Teaspon of garlic powder
1 Teaspoon of Dried Minced Onion
1 Tablespoon of black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut beef to desired size and brown, meanwhile place all other ingredients into a crockpot and stir.
Drain the beef and add to the crockpot stirring it well to blend everything together.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
Notes: This is a very versatile recipe as you can add other ingredients to suit your taste. You can use ground beef instead of stew beef and add tomatoes and elbow macaroni.
