Hey! What tools are you using for this and other analysis videos? This information is great and I would love to do something like it in my market.

I wish i would've known this before. My mortgage originally was 2723. Then 6 months later they said they over charged my escrow account and dropped my payment to 2180 and gave me a 5k check. And said that was my new mortgage payment. I just found out yesterday that there is an escrow shortage on my account, and my new payment for the next 12 months is 3450 now. I can't afford my house anymore. Is this legal? Is there anything I can do about this? I need help.
