Love Bryston - good Canadian company, One side point: have you considered some window treatment to minimize chances of birds hitting those windows?
How do they sound compared to the yu6?
The sound is similar. YU6 have a bit more low end and the REN have better highs from the higher-end tweeter. kanto probably expects most users to add a sub to the REN to take advantage of the sound modes. full review is live at wiifihifi.com

Hmm ... well, what speakers would we use? It's an amplifier for a bookshelf type speaker and we might be advised to try the SoundArtist LS3/5A because these have a very Chinese output character.

Hi. Would you know how to connect this amp to PC? Would optical cable be good for high quality audio? Or maybe I could even use HDMI ARC? Or maybe I could stream wirelessly to it from my PC over WIFI somehow?
The amp has built-in HEOS and Apple Airplay for streaming over wifi. You could indeed hard-wire with HDMI ARC. You could also attach a Bluesound Node or Sonos Connect via optical if you are already using these brands for whole home streaming. But even better than all of that, is that the 40n has "Phono In" so why not turn this into a true analog set-up and start building your vinyl collection!!
@@wifihifi8624 thanks, much appreciated. Vinyl would definitely be a top of the mountain :) I might consider this path for the future. I’ve read that Marantz phono is a state of art. For PC connection, I do not want to use HEOS app because I like the idea of using native Tidal app. But now I wonder which cable would be better optical or HDMI. Tidal does not have any files above 24/192 so maybe it does not really matter which cable as both would be equally good?

I heard these speakers just recently in Sacramento and was totally blown away by them!!!! These speakers are similar to speakers I heard this past summer at an Audio Show by PBN Audio called the MR!X, which also totally knocked my socks off. But I though that the Jubilees were a little better than the PBN speakers (deeper bass) and are a much better value. Both the Jubilee and the MR!X are some of the best I ever heard, regardless of price. And I've heard quite a few ultra high end speakers in my experience. If I had the room for the Jubilees, I would buy them and then just forget about buying speaker for the rest of my life. Well done, Klipsch!!!
Over price stuff you can buy a set of PV PA speakers or other DJ equipment that more better than this over price speakers . I use PV PA speakers with my HiFi . PA speakers are made a lot better than you know. I know they are not going to till you that. High price speakers you see are nothing but PA speakers in good looking cabinets you're mainly paying for the cabinet.(fact).
I don’t recall seeing you at the demo which means you are making a comment without ever hearing these speakers.
These take the Klipsch concept to the next level or two better. The crossover with digital processing to take into account the time differences between the double 12s and the 5 inch compression driver, and, I’m guessing here, doing some eq’ing too, besides the actual crossover frequency and slopes. I’m willing to bet if you put these against a typical high end direct radiator speaker of the same price, these will suck you in via dynamics, low level retrieval, attack, and real slam. PA systems are a totally different animal and purposely limits the lows and highs so the live performance is more balanced and is not garbled . 50hz is about as low as live sound engineers go, even with great venues like Wolf Trap.

PA speakers, that’s the funniest thing I’ve heard this year. PA speakers are designed to play loud, not accurately. The speakers will easily do both.
😂 no way in hell. I’ve had Peavy’s. They DO NOT hit anything like these. Nor do they have any finesse compared to these.
I've yet to see an 'expert' admit to the most obvious truth about the basic types of amplification. When done well, each excels in certain parameters, while also lacking in certain parameters. The various competing methodologies reveal just how far we have yet to go in reaching outstanding fidelity in every parameter.

No. I removed the internal water tank and also the original fridge compressor. Internal tanks are heavy as was the 1976 noisy fridge compressor which could only be used when the bus was plugged in to an electrical outlet. The fridge (ice box) is actually next to the sofa which I still use but not with a compressor, just ice packs. Above the goal zero is storage for plates, pots and pans.

I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*

I have this model and I used the prescribe floor cleaner that I bought on Amazon and I put in 2 ounces but it leaves streaks from the wheels on my new laminate floor any thoughts
