These are the stories of how I was able to buy a piece of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North East Tennessee and the work that has gone into transforming this raw land into our homestead. I have been working mostly by myself doing the best I can to bring to life, a dream of owning a little piece of heaven. These stories include the struggles with equipment failures and the successful builds along the way. I hope you enjoy watching them. I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth and as the child of a steel worker I was taught early in life that if you want something you will need to work for it. I have been lucky to have my fathers work ethic. From my uncle Terry (the most skilled man I have ever known), I learned that a man can do anything he sets his mind to (even if he has to do it by himself, or learn a new skill). My wife often asks me how I can do so much, I say to her if I do not do it, it won't get done. Strong male role models helped me become the man I am today.
