hello I'm new to making kandi and um... why shouldn't I use clear stretch cord?/gen
Hi! I’m not a professional at kandi, but here’s something i learned: It’s really easy to snap, and it’s not as stretchy as cloth covered strech cord. I’ve had my fair share of clear string snapping incidents, so I would kinda know. Hope this helped!
its super duper strong (in a bad way) and makes it super hard to stretch, its a pain to tie and can come apart very easily, it dry rots in a few years, and its really just not good to work with.
@@UsoppandNamisfunnydoings2763 too add: The clear stuff also dry rots after a few years so use Cloth covered cord bc that lasts longer and is much stronger

In my experience, it's not easy to tie, not stretchy, and breaks easier
