I know the error on 2:16. You typed "Sysrep/Sysprep". Maybe trying to fix it to "Sysprep/sysprep.exe" will fix the issue?

Replace sethc.exe with a Windows PE or RE (backup the file first!) When you are on the logon screen press Shift 10 (or 5 idk) times.
